Therapy Sessions.

A speech therapist uses 1:1 therapy session that focuses on variety of methods such as verbal and non-verbal communication, reading, writing, building skills through play and hands-on activities to evaluate. Based on the results of the evaluation, the speech therapist develops an individualized therapy plan targeted on developing or improving oral language, sign language or gesture or learning to communicate using an alternative method such as pictures, or electronics.
